How to Join

We always welcome new members.  We do require that you meet at least one member before joining, however.  You may know a WAM member already or you may attend one of our open monthly events.  To find out about these events, e-mail us at wheatonareamoms@gmail.com.  After that, follow these steps to join: 

1.    Get our membership form by downloading it here or e-mailing us.

2.    Fill out and sign the member form.

3.    Return the form with the membership fee to the Membership Coordinator.  Please contact the Membership Coordinator at wheatonareamoms@gmail.com to determine the exact amount to pay.  Our annual fee is $12 ($24 for two years), but it is prorated based on the month that you join.  So, the Membership Coordinator can tell you exactly how much to pay.  Make checks payable to “Wheaton Area Moms”.  In cases of financial hardship, an applicant may request a waiver of the membership fee by writing a brief request on the back of the application form.

Once we receive your form, we will add you to our our Yahoo Group so you will receive the latest news and activities.  Then it’s simply a question of choosing which activity to do first!  Membership and participation are voluntary.
