Profile: Early Childhood Center (ECC) offers a play-based learning program for children ages 2–5 years old. We inspire children to develop a love of learning that will continue to grow with them throughout their lifetime. Families appreciate our small class sizes; low student-to-teacher ratios; nurturing environment; and highly qualified, degreed teachers. We have been an integral part of the Rockville community for over 45 years.

ECC is dedicated to providing children with a quality education that compliments their individual needs. For the success of each child, we have small class sizes with two experienced teachers in each classroom. We offer developmentally appropriate classes for 2-, 3- and 4-year-olds. Families can choose between T/TH, M/W/F, and M–F options. Morning classes run from 9:00 a.m. – 12:20 p.m. Families can enroll in our afternoon enrichment program to extend a child’s day until 3:00 p.m. Lunch is an important part of our program for all morning classes.

ECC is conveniently located near Interstate 270, Route 28, and Rockville Pike next to Rockville Town Square. The school is nestled on a beautiful, wooden campus that invites a lot of exploration and outdoor play.
